By using the online payment facility through indiahospitalkerala.com, you are bound by these Terms. Please read the Terms and conditions carefully and if you do not agree with any of the conditions mentioned here, then do not proceed to the online booking through this website.

  • All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Please make sure to use your own credit/debit card for the transaction. India Hospital will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
  • Once a payment is done for Tele Consultation, India Hospital shall not entertain any request for cancellations.
  • We (India Hospital) as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
  • You agree, understand, undertake and confirm that the credit/debit card details and netbanking details provided by You for making payments for Product(s)/Service(s) purchased through India Hospital, through the online payment gateway mechanism will be correct, current, complete and accurate and you shall not use the credit card/debit card or any other bank account which is not lawfully owned by you.
  • The aforesaid information provided by You will not be shared by India Hospital with anybody unless required by law, or court order or for facilitating and completing the purchases made by You. India Hospital will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details in anyway.

The prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. If there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.

Payment

We accept payment by Net-banking, credit cards, debit cards, & paypal. India Hospital will collect online payments through Online Payment Gateways, subject to Your complete acceptance and adherence to the terms and conditions hereof as well as the terms and conditions of the website of the payment gateway service provider/s. It is hereby clarified that India Hospital does not collect payments from the purchasers directly and the entire payment transaction is conducted by the online payment gateway facility provided.
